Well someone is continuing to use the post market auction to accumulate. Pretty good way to get some safe buys and then possibly be able to sell them for the next pip higher.
Look at today's auction. Notice the last 1 share. He /she puts a buy order in for say 90K shares then makes sure during the auction that the sell side wins by bidding just over his own order to make sure he gets the lowest price.
It happens pretty much any time that the sellers come in on the auction action. The sellers get the worst price and he always gets the best.
