    Yes Positive and Negatives .. tradable rights are by far the fairest way to raise capital I'm a BIG fan ... you can buy more and secure more free opts or you can sell your rights and get some money for nothing by giving away your right as a S/H to secure much cheaper shares ..

    Negative is usually in resource stocks you see these raises when no insto/sophs/brokers want to do a quick lower cost placement ..
    last one I had was AHQ ... I ended up losing 90k in AHQ I took up rights and purchased more had major pile of free opts ..but the company was liquidated not long after I dumped all dirt cheap got like 15% of my money back ...

    Now not saying the same will happen here with POD ..but not sure if I'm going jump in or not .... in recent times been buying up CHN thats been hammered so the enviro for the PGM sector is pretty dire ... who knows when that will turn around ..
