Yes...so if you were allocated X shares @ 2.5c then you send through X*0.025, if you wanted an additional Y shares you would send hrough (X+Y)*.025. How much of Y you would actually get will depend on how oversubscribed it is, you might get all or it might be that everyone only gets a percentage of the extra Y they ask for.
If you don't get the full Y whack though I'd hope they'd be quick smart with the refund.
