Yes Tinwins I must admit I don't really understand the whole patent issue but I picked up today that supply from other sources wont be a problem but if they are not successful then there will be a bit of an increase in costs of supply for the codeine poppies.  
I am guessing that they would be underwater but that does not worry them with their investments. They obviously see very good long term potential here in this space. Also interesting that Thorney Investments have a 14% stake, although I dont put them in the same league as Soul Pattinson. Lets see how it pans out.
