We endeavour to incorporate any customer suggestions for improving our trading systems where possible. We experienced some technical issues with the E*TRADE website and phone system yesterday. Please be advised that we are in the process of installing an additional server to prevent this from happening again. It is expected that the new server will be installed within the next week or two. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We thank you for your patience. "
They are installing new servers, which mean we need to suffer for another 2-3 weeks.
