No deal will be done yet. Not in China's interest AT ALL!
No war will happen. YET. Not in the US interest for it to occur YET. A war with Nth Korea = much more profitable than simple air bombing of Iran by the Israelis. Of course big money there on the markets/currencies etc.
War with Nth Korea would be MUCH larger and as such make more money for the US economy - amunition firms like GE etc. This is the scary part. 2012 more likely after most the troops out of Iraq/Afghanistan.
Cannot see it occuring just yet though - just dramas/tensions for another week or so. Who knows the big boys plan though! US is a war economy. That is the reality.
