Nice try but I clearly remember that for a while there you were confused by what was meant by raising capital. I clearly remember that at one point in time at least you were putting increasing debt in with increasing equity and disputing the company's line that they did not expect to have to raise additional capital to fund phase 2. A number of others on these threads were telling you that the company had clearly stated that they would use new debt in part to pay for phase 2 but you were carrying on as if it was some secret that only you had worked out.

I don't think you can claim victory for predicting the outcome when the logic you were using to make predictions was flawed. Not that it matters of course, except perhaps for your ego.
