triage...not quite sure what your obfuscation about my comments is about...but we can clearly see, ORE does not have the capital or the revenue to fund the 2nd Phase (as they call it). They cannot get production in Phase 1 up to speed. Let's be clear....I have said this company is not being honest with its shareholders. Not sure why you are suddenly coming to the companies defense...unless you work for the company ?? huh?? Because all of us shareholders that have been taking it in the shorts don't seem to be that confused about the company's failures. Whether you want to call it 'financing', 'raising capital', 'increasing debt', however you would like to paraphrase it; I still call it bad management and manipulation.
