Your defense of the company is admirable. Sadly these penny dreadfuls, while having the potential for huge upside, also are very scant on detailed information. It is appalling that the debt facility isn't explained in far more detail.
But you have digressed from the facts that the company is in major breach of everything possible.
If you are counting on lining santa socks from a positive outcome to this sorry scenario, you are delusional.
