thats the problem we have, there are any number of explanations to the current scenario and answers from the coy.
I agree though, one possibility is that we still have a very committed buyer, but one who requires more time. As such we are now making sure we have a much more watertight agreement to allow for this to occur, it may for instance include a deposit or naming of the purchaser. Interesting times eh?
