Why don't you look up who the top two s/holders are in the top 20, then look up who exercised their 5c options.
I'll give you a clue. When the 5c options were exercised, the top two holdings moved to 21.32% each (which would have required special approval to go over the 20% limit).
Need to have your facts right before you go around accusing people of (deliberately) supplying misleading information.
