Thanks for the assessment giving the 2.18 cents for 40% of TEE based on the suitors figure alone.

It's very interesting that (as per announcement) "Gesaf is a special purpose company incorporated for the transaction and is controlled by off-shore interested involved in the technology and resource sectors". No details on who they really are. These guys are asture players in the marketplace, based on the way they are doing this.

Seems they want to milk the existing shareholders. They will need to increase the price substainally to have existing shareholder support their proposal and for it to be successful.

It they try 4 cents, they can have mine. I'm still expecting some further deals to be realised shortly (e.g. medical).
