Interesting question Canopy. Seems money may not be an issue so all options are available. Details at present are limited and this is not intentional I would say. These guys seem astute operators.
It won't stay at this price for long once they provide the details IMHO. The share registry is very consistent and has been for years (almost family), so there would have to be some good inscentives to switch the shareholders across and get their endorsement for the overseas company's proposal.
Others should add this to your watchlist. Enjoy the ride.
