Hey NRO just to clarify in order for Shenghe to buy 60 percent does that mean they require the 60 percent to sell to them or will GgG be diluted to offer them the 60 percent with the current shares on offer being the remaing 40 percent?
Fair evaluation at the moment is 17c-40c going on that if Shenghe get 60 percent and try to buy the remaining 40pc they could do so at 60c?
Just trying to understand.
