All I can think is the severity of this drop over the last 3 months must have something to do with the talk on a SA mining tax.

Has anyone heard anymore about the proposed tax? In March it was mentioned that a model would be implentment in the coming months.

I've heard that they may look at increasing royalties from 3% to 5%? this doesn't seem to major though.

Can't believe PLA was trading at 85 cents six months ago. I bought at 56 cents thinking I was getting a bargain.
