Im certainly not implying any conspiracy theory. As you mention there are disclosure rules in place. However, the news over the recent days certainly would make a poor cashflow statement much more palatable from my point of view for a number of reasons:
(1) Oct will be at least US1.3 mill revenues which is a massive jump from last quarter monthly revenues. One would think that on this revenue they would be cash flow positive
(2) US market means more revenues and exposure of the company to US institutions.
