Looks like the NWIOA port has received another tick.
If FMS get another offer, and/or the Russians up their existing offer BRM will start to look very attractive indeed.

THE environmental watchdog has conditionally recommended a new iron export facility be built in the Pilbara to cater for Atlas Iron, Brockman Resources and FerrAus.
WA’s Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) today published its report into a multi-user iron ore export facility that will provide additional port facilities at Port Hedland for proponent North West Iron Ore Alliance (NWIOA), which comprises of Atlas, Brockman and FerrAus.
The facility is part of the South West Creek port development – just outside of the main Port Hedland port – and will be a shared port facility that is located next to Hancock Prospecting’s port plans.
In its report today, the EPA said that NWIOA’s proposal for the iron ore export facility could be "managed" provided NWIOA can meet specific environmental conditions.
The facility includes a stockyard area, rail loop, conveyor and ship-loading equipment, which will all help to deliver iron ore mined by the companies to ships that will stop at two berths – allocated to NWIOA - at South West Creek.
It’s proposed that the land space needed for the export facility will be within existing or proposed Port Hedland Port Authority land and the Boodarie multi-user stockyard area.
As part of its environmental management plan, NWIOA will need to make sure that its proposed facility does not greatly impact native mangroves, with the loss of the trees not to be more than 4.5ha.
