That's true @Scarface LFC but for those of us who are sitting on the Good Outcome side of the fence it allows for little skirmishes into the .004's and accumulating of parcels or averaging down to help balance the load.
Of course, the sooner it moves North the better it will be for those holding and for those who want to sell out and need to move on.
