It won't be cheap for much longer if Thoratec goes under! I know that's a very big *if*. Next best scenario for VCR is that there's a large vacuum created over a period of 12 months or so due to lack of confidence in Thoratec's products. I imagine VCR would be in the best position to fill this vacuum.
