    So after all that, the news is that EVM is removing the time limit on an agreement so the "Bahrain based group" has more flexibility to finalise a deal.

    At least we know a few things:

    - Still going forward.
    - Group is Bahrain based.
    - The group has interests in "Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE".
    - They are trying to gain support of the national authorities of Saudi Arabia.
    - Trying to get multiple towers constructed "in the region".
