    I can not understand this capital raising. CRK has plenty of funds on had - $9.4 million at 30-9-10, so why this capital raising to dilute us?

    Does anyone know if there will be a share purchase plan to give current shareholders a chance to buy in cheap like the institution - assuming they get their shares cheap like they generally do?
