Could this be a capital raising to assist with PFS? Shoring up a reserve perhaps in preparation for mining?

Not really concerned. Just hope the capital raising is at $1 or more.

Consideration / Viability of a Pre-Feasibility Study
The Board considered the feasibility of and strategic approach to a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for Carricks three main gold projects Lindsays, Brilliant and Kalpini gold projects for first stage open-pit mining operations. Following positive results from internal studies completed by the Company towards the end of the financial year, it was determined that a PFS would be a viable option with the backdrop of normalising of market conditions. Central to this consideration, and the pivotal role that this decision would play in the advancement of the Company, the Board initiated a strategic review of the business. This was designed to determine if existing organisational framework would be robust enough to support the likely advances in development and acceleration towards production. In response to these considerations, the Board identified three key aspects of the business that would need to be promptly addressed to carry us forward: public relations, financial counsel, and appropriately-skilled personnel. These aspects would be addressed at the beginning of the 2010 financial year.
