re: hcf motivation There is no competition for ICS - it is the one and only providing this service to medical funds and hospitals.
IBA provide an entirely different service to the THELMA product.
HCF is the fourth largest fund to join. Medibank Private is not only using the the THELMA product but is the largest investor in ICS.
