If commodity prices are on the rise and projected to continue to rise then I would presume that this would be an important factor in any asset sale price calculation.(Net present value)

OZL may be the buy of the year...picture this hypothetical scenario....

*Sell mine receive 2billion plus
*Pay off all the banks - debt free
*1billion plus left in Bank
*Come back on the Market....stock dumped due to it being unpopular
* SP drops in short term
* Prominent Hill moves ahead and is successful
* Commodity prices rise
* SP recovers
