.2 Details of the Offer
By this Prospectus, the Company is offering the public the opportunity to apply for one (1)
Option exercisable at $0.08 on or before 31 August 2012.

1.3 Opening and Closing Dates
The Offer will open for receipt of acceptances at 9.00am AEDT on 13 January 2011 and will
close at 5.00pm AEDT on 17 January 2011 or such other date as the Directors, in their
absolute discretion, may determine.


1.7 Oversubscription and Allotment of the Options
If the Company receives more than one Application for the Option being offered under this
Prospectus, the Directors will decide, in their absolute discretion, which Application to accept
and which Applicant the Option shall be allotted and issued to
