In regards to the Offtake agreements which everybody in HC seems to be hanging their hat on, apart from sentiment it really has little affect, after personally speaking to management some time ago, it was made clear to me that in this current market with the downturn in the mining industry and the considerably low smelter fees, it is unnecessary for Offtake agreements and the only reason they are negotiating them is that share holders want them ! And as for an increase in mine life and how significant a find the "Scarecrow" deposit find was looking, management said currently at 5.25 years there is no urgency to throw resources unnecessarily into other deposits until Lion town + LTE were fully explored etc.., and that in fact there is over 120 deposits at Thalanga that can be explored ! Thats a 'truck' load of resources yet to be explored !
