Its OK to say a good time to top up, but what about those who have already topped up over 22.5c that now see this preferential placement by the management? You have to trust that management knows what they are doing but I am sure there are many people reading this who could have put together $1m between them to buy at 22.5c. To me very disappointing announcement at an inopportune time - although unless Mr Genner does not know what he is doing (and I am sure he does), there must be a hidden advantage to BQT shareholders. It may well be the sweetener to a new contract. But I would appreciate more info in the release.
