I have an optimistic feeling that the corner has been turned..

ATP is a mining man and likes action. He will be moving Heaven and Earth to ensure the funding conditions are met and access to the funds is granted. To him it'll simply be a series of chores to fulfil and fulfil them he will: no question.

From there he will want to hit the ground running and will begin spending within days of having access to the dosh: he'll buy the plant and enact the refurbishment plans that will already be in place.

For Stage 1 he knows he doesn't need a large fancy plant; almost any old shit will do (Australia is full of small copper plants originally built on a shoestring). This won't go to consultants.. ATP and Wayne will be there on the ground (rotating 3 weeks swings until it's built/commissioned).

The recent finance Ann has brought us a LOT closer to production than many on here realise.. I would also expect almost all of the funds to be allocated to Stage 1 until it's up and running and generating revenue.

The offtake agreement will be a given: only the terms need to be agreed.

All IMHO of course..
