    Pokerface is right
we should see some very good numbers in the half yearly
with solid revenue and falls in commodity prices largely offset by falling A$ and increased production.
Should see a major turnaround in the hedge position

There has been much talk here of the POO but gas prices have faired much better and gas has represented an ever increasing share of the production profile for AMU, this diversification should serve AMU well imo.

I see money mag has AMU tagged as a "recovery stock" in 09
There are obviously analysts out there that have done significant DD and believe this stock has heaps of potential
Yet still we have little support from brokers or the market, some positive coverage but little buying support.
    WHY ?

Some suggest that it is a management issue or a hangup of some sort from past activities (ARW)or perhaps that AMU was deemed simply too boring by some. Perhaps, but to be fair i think that in the last 12 months the Co has pulled out all stops to try something different and address any percieved market concerns only to be met with a global financial crisis and plummeting commodity prices. Timing !

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and when you look at the AMU sp its only natural to ask questions but if you were to measure the Co by any other standard it has been a successful growth story.

I speak to several brokers on a regular basis (not specifically about AMU) and they are all saying the same thing, there are NO buyers in the market - people are scared and as yet are largely unwilling to begin trolling the market for bargains. I have also been told that much of the super money flows are being reserved in cash thereby robbing the market of institutional support that it would normally enjoy.
Investors with the kahuna's and the cash to wade back in now are very thin on the ground and i think it will take time before we see them return, but return they will. However, a catalyst of some kind will be required imo.

On the drill report. I am happy to see actual production numbers reported quarterly but would prefer to see the blow by blow commentary included in reports as well. Nice to see this months report much more positive than the last.

As for the board, i wouldnt like to see any further additions for fear that it becomes a bit top heavy. I will ask tho what has Andrew Peacock done for AMU as chairman ? personally i would rather see mr Towner act as executive chair/MD, seems a more appropriate position for the Co founder.
