Well BB you can surely understand the angst.

I will quite happily say that I have made a comfortable 6 figures from buying and selling CDU stockand unashamedly shorting them when I feel that it suits my bank balance.

Some people invest with the belief of what is being told to them. Silly as it may be, being (if you believe the "hype", a scamming con artist is technically not illegal when selling the idea of something. However, if there was any proof, perhaps of wrongdoing, purposeful ignorance of wrongdoing or ommission of information that would have resulte in share trading losses to the company, that they did not divulge..then yes ASIC and the law should have stepped in and investors have every right to be happy.

Even people who invested time and effort into that place would have a right to be unhappy with the overarching management.
