Ariesman....please let us all in on how you seem to know who pushed the fortrend drawdown. Until you see the meeting minutes how can anyone know ? It could have been anyone so why the obvious attack on the board?
You approve of Kos but then attack the people who appointed him. Why?

Sounds unreasonable especially when you are pushing another party. Sounds fishy to me so either divulge your source or wait till we see the meeting minutes and let the new board work.
