I appreciate your post , so don't get me wrong. If you are unhappy with the situation, don't come here bytching do something about it.
You only need 5% to call an egm, if you struggle with that percentage (LOL) then drop me a line. Con is a Non Exec. so he shouldn't be running the show and needs to release the handbrake, Cos is CEO so he needs to step up to the plate. I know Con is his old man and sometimes blood is thicker than water, but in this case I think he needs to grow some balls.
Our final destination is the same and that's all that really matter.
