I believe the dragon is awakening! Thus, I have bought back in to ADY. Why? Well …

Got commissioned mining equipment: Check!

Got a timeline: Check!

ADY has finally demonstrated the commencement of executing a tactical plan and solid commitment for the pivotal evolution of ADY from exploration to production, for the first time in all these years. Here’s a summary of what is going on:

Last quarterly activities report (1 Nov 2022):

“Corporate Refinancing and Extension of Current Loan Facilities

The Company has secured an extension to the Convertible Loan Facility with Smart East Global Limited (“SEGL”) and the loan agreement with Shanghai Long Sheng Technology Development Co. Limited (“Long Sheng”) which now has a maturity/expiry date of 31 December 2025.”

I was shy earlier this year about the ‘radio silence’ for the debt repayment, but his extension relieves my concerns.

Recent ANN dated 8 Nov 2022:

“Having now received confirmation from the National Immigration Service of the ability of ADY to sponsor these key staff, ADY is now fast progressing the employment and migration these key hires to Chile, with the objective of having the team mobilised and onsite at the Mariposa Project by no later than 31 December 2022”

“it is anticipated that the mining equipment (a photo gallery of some of the equipment was announced on 8 November 2021) will be shipped from China to Chile in first quarter of 2023 with recent progress being made to try and expedite this to sometime during January 2023 given that there will be parties onsite from December 2022 onward.”

“In anticipation of the formal partnership, ADY and Hainan have worked jointly to engage with wider global prospective financing partners and continue to seek complimentary project partners to expedite the Mariposa project into operational and income producing status.”

Where’s the price going? Good question! But in accordance NextInvestors.com, in their mining company lifecycle chart I believe we are well before the big price peak of when production is achieved. ADY hasn't been 'show boating' yet so I suspect the market hasn't truly become aware of what's ahead for ADY in the near term:
