Finally they removing hard to understand green assets which have nothing to do with there other core businesses, hopefully they will sell before the financial year to get large tax credits. With large new growth in ICT business and Data Centres in the next few years this should be a hot $1 stock. UXC ICT businesses revenue may double in the next few years. This will not happen if they are stuck with capital and revenue tied up in unrealised businesses.

Investors wanting a pure ICT play it puts a drag on the stock. It will not be takeover target or attack new capital until these none core assets are sold.

UXC has good value, but this will not be as attractive with Green assets hanging around their head.
