Because 4 days ago they said they were testing it. So they are not going to spend the wknd testing. So finally it is the end of the working week the blasted thing will have to get started the latest Monday. There is credibility for the operator to get this going sooner than later. I believe their partner in the Lambouska project in Italy(Sicily) is out so they have to get this going sooner than later.
