    Cerhob - Yes, I am well aware of ucl and its history. I have been in and out of this co a number of times. As you point out, the sp is as rock bottom. So for me it is a buy. IMO this is well under valued and I believe the most likely way forward for the sp is up. I currently have another buy order waiting to top up my existing holding.
