no, seriously sector - I have a couple of properties and that is more than enough.
I did very well out of re over the decades - but it really is a pain in the arse investment and the tax differences are so much so now - I don't think it is worth it.
My melbourne house was home - I now have another home and a spare if I need it.
I happily leave the melbourne stuff to the Chinese.
