Whoops,
Japan versus China.
The worst possible news for Australia.
If that happens, we are buggered. You can't hold hands with both the yanks and China if they are at war - impossible, even if JC was foreign minister.
If we hold Americas hand, China will Rightfully see us as the enemy.
If we hold chinas hand and keep supplying coal and iron, the yanks will put immense pressure on us - too much. Also, we will be like sitting ducks.
The lucky country might just about to be run out of luck. Make no mistake how serious this could be.
The yanks have the biggest guns - by far, and China knows this. But, China is coming from behind with a potentially winning economic race.
Unfortunately for Australia, even if they don't win the race, their status as a trading partner is massively important for us in the next 20 years.
By then, they won't need us - they might still want us, but they won't need us.
OZ needs to get its kit together like never before in the next years. What else can we do? Stop acting tough - just head down and get on with it.
No more taking sides, just do business and shut the hell up.
