Or if you were very cynical you could theorise that it is related to the no-shortfall TAS RE which expires 28th. Who would benefit from a low takeup of the well in the money rights issue ie, 4.2 cents plus free attaching TASO for each new share acquired....? It is stated that rights not taken up will be available for future placement at a premium rather than offered as part of a shortfall. Uncertainty = reduced rights takeup
