who’s not going to be interested if the build is a complete success and viable to the builder ? As I said many times builders will take To HX like a baby to a bottle , if it save them even $1000 per home ! But we all know it’ll be a Considerable saving imo ! Has anyone else done a exercise on material , labour , insurance, and time saving cost ? My estimate is 20-30 K ! Nothing to sneeze at especially on quantity turnover.
