If the reality is as bad as the photo looks ? Dissaray on that worksite reflects the lack of quality and poor pracrice.
What happens - brikky doesn't get paid for a start for that.............. . Even the Korean renderers crew will be asking extra to straighten that dogs breakfast..
IMO that can't have been built by anyone sober who passed any trade in Australia and what builder would be happy with that work.?
It takes no longer to lay it properly , just skill and practice , but it takes 3 or more scaratch coats to level for render that crap or buckets of wedges to baton out .
Yeah no one knows what is under skin of their project home .

Unfortunately even crap workmanship so often passes and structurally still lasts but that is not the point and trades should have pride in their finished work and their site.
