    Terrific set of announcements. Its a good first sign that management are serious and listening to shareholders.

    This is the first strong showing of some accountability. This is how trust is regained.

    First sentence of the second paragraph: "unacceptable performance of 2022". Good. No deflection on covid or difficult economic pressures/weather etc etc. No excuses, just some lessons learned.

    Onwards and upwards.
