it is not an 'image' problem - management have a history of pay themselves and their mates big money whilst throwing investors under the bus. - this is a fundamental fact but the circle jerking band here wont ever put that in their DD.
DP did this with a pervious company and has done this multiple times with BRK
there is no confidence any material success this company has will be 'given' back to shareholders and thus is remains a strong sell
