Your time and effort is appreciated. However you both inform us of the potential of BRK and explain the lack of interest with the same post most of the time.

How long have you spent trying to understand all the jargon, making calculations on reserves, understanding land acquisition laws, working out costs of productions and royalties, researching companies announcements with similar models and making some sort of sense of where that puts BRK........a long long time I suspect.


now imagine I want to invest some money and know nothing about anything in this space. How likely am I to understand any what BRK is doing, if it's over or under valued and how it makes its money on my own.


Just seems all too hard for the layman.


Dont take this as me hating. I actually enjoy your posts.
its just an observation as to why I think our SP is flatlined
