i can see what you mean by a 'bear lurking' but i think thats about all the bear is going to do.

There is some apparent resistance in that, the chart is not going straight up! BUT if you look at the daily chart the trend upward is fairly strong right now. Though the market was kinda flat this week (although not really) it has continued to make higher highs and higher lows - the typical sign of a healthy uptrend.

I do concede that it does 'feel' like there should be a decent pull back somewhere here and with earnings season done what is there to push the market higher.

try not to be a 'bull' or a 'bear' - just be whatever the market is!
