Take note of comments made in the past couple months by Mr Warren Buffet.

While the market/economy may still be in recession in the USA, it is most definitely on its way out of that state (if not already out)

If you're hanging out for a solid move downward, I believe you will be disappointed. We 'might' have a move down once 10,000 is hit, but I don't think it'll be prolonged, perhaps a week, month at most.
