Dont see the relevance. The options are not yet issued and only go to a few key employees who would not want to sell any shares if they had them.
If you are suggesting that shareholders are selling because they disapprove of the option issue then this is possible but they should have already sold when the original announcement was made not the revised(more favourable to shareholders) announcement.
Then again some shareholders have no idea so anything is possible. Maybe someone was short of money and needed to cash in, who knows.
The only certainty is that the price to bounce back pretty soon.
History will pshow this was a Great buying opportunity
