I just want to start by saying thanks for a great post, however I would have to disagree when you cite the progress of the finance as being the biggest issue.

As an investor I believe that based on the project fundamentals, finance will arrive in one form or another. In my opinion the biggest risk revolves around whether the team at AVB can complete the project on schedule and budget. That to me is what will take this from a 10c stock to 50c and beyond.

AVB are probably very concious of this and this is why Wayne Philips is has been broigh on board.

I am still concerned, however, by the use of a second hand plant. In my experience the startup and running of second hand equipment is always fraught with a large number of issues ranging from sourcing parts to attaining re-certification of equipment.

I believe that this is a great company with a good resource but the real test will be in the execution.
