Therefore im picking traders will sell and wait to buy high7's early 8's. Thats just how they operate.

The reason for my statement above is ive been involved in finance deals myself , however not of this magnitude, mainly around 1-5 million residential construction project funding . I think it important for people to realise that there is a process, thats my point without getting into specifics of that process and necessary Due-dilligence from any organisation to sign off 12 million funding

My calculations put the completion of
funding around 4-6 weeks away being Early Mid September 2013
