Did anyone ever stop to think it may be a negative announcement?
Owenb79 would you like me to attach a chart of NCM or RIO for the last 2 years? Apparently they are producers. Many producers are not tracking upwards.
In fact a lot of the time the closer to production the SP decreases.
Good luck to everyone hope you can afford many bottles of Chivas to keep up the merry attitude.
